Music Bio

In San Francisco I have played with...

Tom Heyman, The Sentimentals, The GoldStar Band, and Shake Well (with Robin Coomer, Eric McFadden, and Dave Pelliciaro)
and always looking for another gig...

From 1997-2009: The Herms, knife & fork (toured with PJ Harvey and opened for the Pixies), Hiss Golden Messenger, Singer/songwriters Rykarda Parasol, Jesse DeNatale, Amy Cooper, Chris Von Snidern, Carla Kihlstedt's Two Foot Yard, guitarist Jim Campilongo, guitarist Bill Horvitz, Moekestra!, The Sprocket Ensemble, Herb (Herb Alpert tribute), Bitches Brew, and was a member of the bands Joe Buck, and E is for Elephant.

With Joe Buck we released one CD in 2000, opened for a lot of cool people including The Gourds, the Old 97's, Junior Brown, and had two songs in the 2002 award winning indie film "Tully." We premiered a live film score for Smokey and the Bandit in 2001, arranged and conducted by me.

In Texas, from 1992-1996 I played with...

Little Jack Melody and His Young Turks, touring the West Coast, played Bumbershoot, premiered two theater pieces, one of which was a collaboration with Firesign Theatre member David Ossman in Seattle. Darrell Nulisch and Texas Heat (toured the U.S. and Canada), and multi-instrumentalist phenom Milo Deering, and his wife's band Ghostown (we played SXSW twice.)
